The Mountfield 1530H ride-on lawn mower is the perfect choice for gardens up to an acre, combining strong performance, smooth drive and excellent grass collection in one compact, easy-to-use garden tractor. Designed to fit through most standard garden gates while still delivering serious cutting power, it’s ideal for medium to large lawns.
Powered by a reliable STIGA ST 450 432cc petrol engine, the 1530H offers dependable starting and consistent power throughout the mowing season. The pedal-operated hydrostatic transmission makes driving effortless – simply press to go and ease off to slow down. There are no gears to change, giving you smooth acceleration and precise control around trees, borders and obstacles.
The 84cm twin-bladed cutting deck provides an excellent balance of coverage and manoeuvrability, helping you cut larger areas quickly without sacrificing access to tighter spaces. With 7 cutting height positions ranging from 25mm to 80mm, you can easily adjust the finish to suit the season and lawn conditions.
Grass clippings are collected into a generous 240-litre rear grass collector, reducing the need for frequent emptying. The collector can be emptied from the driver’s seat for added convenience, making mowing faster and more comfortable. For a more natural approach to lawn care, simply fit the included mulching plug to finely chop clippings and return valuable nutrients back into the turf as a natural fertiliser.
A tow hitch is also included, adding versatility for light garden tasks, while the deck wash port allows easy cleaning by connecting a hose to flush away debris after use. A battery charger is available separately.
