MowersUK currently offers two types of option:
Click & Collect
Reserve your order online through our website, and we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect from our store. This is a free service and full payment for your order must be made prior to collection.
Please note: MowersUK will hold your order for a maximum of 2 weeks (14 days) from the date the reservation was made. After this time your order will be cancelled, and the product(s) will become available to reserve for others.
Signed For Delivery
We currently only deliver to postcodes in England but will be expanding to the whole of the UK soon.
Please allow 4-6 working days for orders to be dispatched, once all items are available. We will let you know if this is to be significantly different. Once dispatched this service is usually next day although this is not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery (Tracked) – £10 or FREE when you spend over £150 ex VAT.
Please note, if you request goods to be left in a safe place without a signature, this is at your own risk and is not the responsibility of MowersUK or the delivery company. Any “safe place” requests can be written in the comments box of your order, but this is at your liability, and we cannot guarantee that the courier will leave the parcel(s) if they feel that the item cannot be left safely.
Tractor and Ride-on Mower Delivery
Tractors and ride-on mowers are only available for local delivery within a 25 mile radius of RG26 5QW. The cost for this is £50 and covers the following:
- In-person delivery by a fully-trained member of staff who will undertake a personal handover
- A full Pre-Delivery Inspection prior to leaving our premises to ensure it is fully operational
- Fully assembled prior to arrival following full checks from us
- It will contain fuel /oil when necessary to test the functionality of the machine.
- A comprehensive demonstration and full instruction upon delivery to site.

We are required to perform a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on all machinery before it is sent out, which means there may be small traces of oil or fuel in the machine and very minor signs of use. We sometimes have to re-box machinery before it is sent out as packaging may not be suitable for dispatch. This is all completely normal but please contact us if you have any concerns. Machines will NOT be supplied with lubricants inside the machine (as this is not allowed by courier companies) however where agreed it may be supplied in its own container either separate or within the machinery box.

Extended delivery times
We will let you know if delivery is expected to take any longer than suggested above.
Access for deliveries
If we are delivering a garden tractor/ride-on lawnmower, it is your responsibility to let us know if there might be any access problems. We may need to use a vehicle with a trailer and so narrow lanes, low or overhanging trees, narrow entrances or the lack of a turning area are all examples of possible access problems. Any alternative or extra delivery arrangements that might need to be made will be at your cost.
Deliveries are usually made on working days only, unless by prior arrangement. Please call us for more information and pricing regarding Saturday or timed deliveries.
Signing for deliveries – due to COVID-19 couriers may still be doing contactless deliveries.
It is strongly recommended that all packages are inspected in front of the delivery driver prior to signing for them “in good condition”. Where this is not possible, it is suggested that goods are signed for as “unchecked” or “damaged” otherwise claims against our carriers for goods damaged in transit are unlikely to be successful.
