The Stihl GTA 26 cordless garden pruner with AS 2 battery and AL 1 charger is a compact, powerful and easy-to-use tool designed for a wide range of gardening tasks. Ideal for pruning trees and shrubs, trimming branches and hedges, maintaining small trees and cutting up garden waste, the GTA 26 is also handy for light DIY and maintenance jobs around the home and garden.

Comfortable handling is ensured thanks to the non-slip rubberised handles, giving you excellent grip and control while working. The pruner features a hinged protective hood that moves with the cutting action to help improve safety, along with a charge level indicator so you can easily keep track of remaining battery power.

Fitted with a 10 cm Light guide bar and a ¼ inch PM3 saw chain, the GTA 26 delivers clean, precise cuts with impressive cutting performance. Chain maintenance is quick and simple thanks to the tool-free chain change system, using a sprocket cover and wing nut so no additional tools are required.

For safe and effective operation, the GTA 26 should always be used with both hands. One hand should hold the main handle, while the other rests on the top handle to guide the pruner smoothly through the cut.

When used with the supplied AS 2 battery, the GTA 26 offers a working time of up to 25 minutes, or approximately 70 cuts in 4 cm branches, depending on material and cutting conditions.
