Powered by the Stihl 2-MIX engine, the MS 172 offers great cutting performance with low consumption of fuel. It comes fitted with a 3/8″ P saw chain that has high cutting performance due to its narrow kerf. Stihl’s very own anti-vibration system reduces vibrations in the handle, relieving any potential strain on your body. The MS 172 has single-lever operation and restarts effortlessly thanks to its combi-lever. Its fuel and oil tanks are both transparent, so you can clearly see when either need a top up.
