The Stihl MSA 300 cordless chainsaw delivers professional-level cutting performance without the need for petrol. It is Stihl’s most powerful cordless chainsaw and is designed for demanding forestry, landscaping and tree maintenance work. With up to 3.0kW of electrical power, the MSA 300 provides strong and responsive cutting performance. It is suitable for felling small and medium-sized trees, delimbing and cutting timber to length.

Powerful Cordless Performance – The MSA 300 combines high power with the convenience of cordless operation. It uses Stihl’s AP battery system and works with the recommended AP 300.0 P and AP 500 S batteries. As a result, you can enjoy powerful cutting without exhaust emissions during use. The cordless design also makes the saw quieter and easier to use in areas where petrol machines are less practical.

Three Operating Modes – The MSA 300 features three operating modes to suit different types of work. Eco mode helps maximise battery runtime. Felling mode provides high torque for steady cutting. Meanwhile, delimbing mode delivers a higher chain speed for precise cuts. Therefore, you can select the right setting for the job and make better use of your battery.

Adjustable Chain Speed – The STIHL MSA 300 offers three chain speed settings of 20m/s, 24m/s and 30m/s. This lets you adjust the saw to suit the task. The high chain speed helps provide fast and precise cutting.

Comfortable and Easy to Control – STIHL has designed the MSA 300 with professional users in mind. Its compact and well-balanced construction helps provide comfortable handling during longer periods of work. The soft-grip control handle also makes it easy to control the saw’s performance. In addition, the integrated LED display provides useful information about the saw’s operating status.

Built for Professional Use – The MSA 300 features IPX4 protection, so you can use it in a range of weather conditions. It also includes an integrated cooling air filter to help protect the power electronics from dust and sawdust. The saw is also STIHL Smart Connector 2 A ready. This allows you to connect the machine to STIHL’s connected system for additional equipment management features.
